Natasha Fox
Co-Founder & Owner
The Fox behind Fox & Simmons, Natasha brings nearly two decades of institutional real estate leadership — spanning Build-to-Rent, Class A+ multifamily, and mixed-use communities — to every project. Her deep expertise in the new-construction lease-up space means she knows operationally, first-hand, exactly what it takes to open a community one step at a time. Having personally led and hands-on completed countless model home, amenity center, pool space, and conference room installs, she offers clients a truly all-inclusive approach — from full model home installations to model and amenity space refreshes — so teams simply show up ready for business on day one. She pairs an operator’s eye for detail with a designer’s instinct for beauty, ensuring every space is styled to perfection and camera-ready from the moment the doors open.
Kim Simmons
Co-Founder & Owner
The Simmons behind Fox & Simmons, Kim is a licensed commercial general contractor with years of hands-on experience spanning construction, design, and real estate development. From pre-construction planning and project management through final inspections, she brings an operator's command of the full build lifecycle — ensuring every project is delivered on schedule, on budget, and to the highest standard of quality. Her unique blend of construction expertise and design sensibility makes her the perfect complement to Natasha's staging vision, turning raw spaces into polished, move-in-ready environments.

Videographer & Content Director
Ava combines cinematic storytelling with a designer's eye, creating walkthrough videos and brand reels that captivate and inspire.
